This place suits me perfectly! I appreciate the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and wheelchair access. The staff helped me print tickets during my first stay, and Ruby were great too assist me when I needed it. Highly recommend!

Location: the hotel was close to restaurants, Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. I found nice El Pollo Loco by accident, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. Booked a room with microwave.

I loved its great-sized and cheap rooms.
Location: the hotel was adjacent to South Coast Repertory and restaurants or fast food dinning and freeway access. The property employees were especially helpful.

Here's the real story
The staff were very good , particularly Ruby at the front desk! My Queen Room was well-equipped with accessibility features, and the location couldn't be better-so many food options nearby. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff could improve their manners while tending to rooms. A good experience!

We enjoyed visiting the nearby Huntington Beach Pier, a blast! The room was decent and served its purpose. Just a heads up, the area can get a bit noisy at night, so maybe keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper.
I noticed some cleanliness issues, like cobwebs on the walls. It could definitely use a bit more attention in that department.

I loved how close we were to TeWinkle Park, where we enjoyed a lovely afternoon walk, and with several dining options like Raising Cane's just a few steps away, we had no trouble finding tasty meals . The room was cozy and clean, ideal for our family getaway.

Staff provided excellent assistance during check-in. Unfortunately, the room fell short of expectations. While the advertised features included a fridge and microwave, only a TV was available. The bed was uncomfortable, which hindered a restful night. The nearby dining options were plentiful.
